The KS Series Servo Two-Platen Direct Clamping Injection Molding Machine (550Ton - 3000Ton)

adopts Kaiming’s proprietary, patented dual-moving-platen structure, a unique design developed in China. This structure applies a high clamping force from the center of the moving platen, resulting in more uniform mold force distribution and significantly reduced platen deformation.

With supported tie bars at both ends, the design minimizes the risk of tie bar breakage and enhances overall machine durability. The KS Kaiser Series is especially suitable for producing deep-cavity products such as battery housings, waste bins, and other large molded components.
